傻妞的傻桃:前天与楼主遇到同样的问题,我app上沟通需要降套餐,客服说48小时专人和我沟通,结果电话过来给我一堆推荐,就是不给我降,我说一定要降说需要我去营业部。。。。我说你没权限改给我打什么电话,连投诉功能都没有,说让我自己打10086再投诉。那就满足她挂了,打10086投诉两个诉求,1投诉上个人员态度等问题,2不去营业部改套餐,直接线上给我改。昨天套餐已降,投诉人员问题说等后续给我反馈。... (2024-05-31 15:41)
